Scholarship grant from Bank of China

On   October 16, 2014 three of our students: Linda, Vania and Jennifer were granted  a scholarship fund from Bank of China  ( B.O.C) for their excellent  academic achievement.  Bank of China is the 5th biggest bank in the world which has a number of branches, including three main branches in Indonesia. On this opportunity, 30 students of Faculty of Humanities were awarded scholarship.

Attending the ceremony were the Country Manager of Bank of China, Dean of faculty of Humanities, Dr. Johannes, A.A. Rumeser, M.Psi and  the Director  for  Binus Global, Ms. Lily Manoharan. On her welcoming speech, Lily expressed Binus  gratitude for the appreciation of the Bank on Binus students achievement. In replying to Lily’s welcoming remark, the Country Manager of B.O.C stated that the Bank has always considered the act of giving scholarship fund as their involvement in supporting the next generation who excel in both Academy and social life.

We hope that this would be a good start of future collaborations and that our students would be more motivated to improve their academic performance and social care (IR).
