Students of Tourism Stream ( 06 PCG ) had a wonderful opportunity to visit Ciputra Hotel ( 4 starred) and learn many things from Table Manner to the ropes of Hotel Industry on June 17th, 2013.  Led by Mr. Kristianus Oktriono, the students had the chance of tasting special menus served by the fabulous Ciputra hotel chefs.

During the table manner session, students also learned the Networking Etiquette, Wine ( brands and products), Sommelier and some important information on the hotel and how a hotel business is run.  The session was chiefly delivered by, Mr. Febry,  the Food and Beverage Manager.

Mr. Rody, the HRD team, also got the chance of sharing his vast experience in dealing with people of different cultural background and the values that all hotellers are highly supporting. In his session, Mr. Rody stresses the importance of having Positive Mental Attitude ,  Hard Work  and Commitment for people to succeed in hotel industry. The General manager of the hotel, Mr.Darren Earle, took some time to also join the session.
