Quality Assurance
A Quality Assurance (QA) professional is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance. This role involves designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, reviewing system requirements, and tracking quality assurance metrics. QA specialists work closely with the development team to identify and address issues throughout the development process, ensuring that the final product is free of defects and meets customer expectations. Their work is critical in maintaining the integrity of the product and the reputation of the company.
