In collaboration with Owlingua, a national company that provides translation services, Creative Digital English program conducted a seminar titled “Reimagining translation: Exploring New Fields, Roles, and Careers, in the Translation Industry” on Friday, September 25, 2026.

The speakers, Andree Prasusetya and Irma Nurhayati, are the leading figures of  Owlingua . Together, they shared their experiences in running the company, as well as their ways of adapting to the changes and the challenges for the translation industry in this   “Ai-threatened world.” Moderated by our very own Dr. Menik Winiharti, the seminar proved to be an interactive seminar with participating students expressed curiosities about the changing roles of translators and interpreters in the years to come.
