Further to previous posts about time, here is an interesting concept: the difference between dead time and alive time. The YouTube video linked here explains the difference between these two concepts. Needless to say, it is more important to create as much alive time as possible. Once we understand the difference between the two we are in a stronger position to make better choices about how we use our time – in a dead or alive manner!
