He drove the car fast.
She counted the money greedily.
Adverbs take the following positions in a sentence:
- After a verb: She shouted loudly.
- After an object: The teacher spoke to the child gently.
- After an adverbial: You delivered the speech eloquently.
- Before past participles: The restaurant was thoroughly cleaned.
