Our two senior lecturers, Pak Akun and Ibu Wiwik,  went to see a group of Binusian 2008 and had a quality time with them in Taman Anggrek Mall on Saturday , April 26,  2014.

The seven  alumni attending the small reunion  happily  shared their lives after graduation day and where the education they got from Binus have taken them. An alumnus, Putri, shared how the Poetry Analysis class she had, had taught her and  inspired her to become what she is now: a writer for a popular teen magazine in Jakarta. Two alumni, Rendy and Angel , added how all the skill-based lessons like Writing, Speaking, Reading and Listening had helped improve their English proficiency, thus, fluency and how they relate significantly to their  current jobs as a Client Relationship Manager in a Technology-based company in Jakarta  and Guest Relation  Supervisor in  Macao. Stories and feedback then flowed over lunch;  ones that Pak Akun and Bu Wiwik have cherished and shared with us here in the department. Not to miss the wonderful opportunity, Ibu Wiwik asked the small group of alumni to share their thoughts and feedback for English department. At the same time, Pak Akun and Bu Wiwik also shared the progress of Binus university and where their beloved department is heading.
