Students are always sleeping LOL! Or at least they often talk about sleep. My experience is that if I ask a student: “How was your weekend?” They will say something like: “Just Sleeping”.

Sleep is an important factor in health and well being. we need to be aware of our sleeping habits. Too much is no good. Too little is no good. Sleeping patterns are also important.
