Researchers from American Association for Cancer Research stated that Flavonoid contains in apple can help reducing the risk of pancreatic cancer up to 23 %. In the apple skin also contained compounds called Triterpenoids which help the Flavonoid to prevent the growth of cancer cells.

  1. BOOST THE IMMUNE SYSTEM IN OUR BODY

Flavonoid and a substance called Quercetin, especially in red apple, create a personal defense against viruses by boosting immunes to our body

Apples can be useful to prevent dehydration. 85% content of apples is composed of water, also our body. By eating apples, you can avoid dehydration.

Apple helps dismiss free radicals of oxygen that cause diabetes. This is due to the high content of soluble fiber and pectin which has a role to control blood sugar levels in the body by transporting sugar into the bloodstream at a slower cycle.

  1. COPE WITH ACNE AND OILY SKIN

In addition to prevent skin cancer, the benefits of the apple to skin are acne prone and oily skin copes. This is due to the content in apples can equalize the pH level of the skin which lowers the level of oil production in the skin.
