The objectives of the training are to ensure that the newly recruited lecturers would be able to understand the basic concept of teaching and assessing, as well as aligning  their teaching, course outline, learning outcomes with  the assessment they will have to do by the end of each passing semester. The workshop – mode training is scheduled  in 3 sessions : Face to face ( theory, June 30), On the Job training ( July 7 ) and lastly, Project submission ( 14 July). It is expected the series of the training will give the participants time to understand the concept and create proper assessment tools.

The 9 participants joining the workshop showed high spirit and enthusiasm : many of whom came up with intriguing comments and questions. With vast experience in giving training and professional development programs, Wiwik was just the right person to tackle such comments and questions. The workshop was then ended with each party, the trainer and the participants, felt that they have both learned a great deal from the day’s workshop .  Wiwik was particularly impressed with the participants’ capacity for hard work and learning pace. Good luck with the rest of the workshop, Bu Wiek [irf].
