On Thursday, March 5, we welcomed two distinguished colleagues from Islamic University of Indonesia, Yogyakarta. Coming to visit our department were  the Head of English Education department, Ms.  Irma Windy Astuti, S.S., M.Hum who was accompanied by  Ms.  Rizki Farani, S.Pd., M.Pd, a faculty member of the university.

Accompanied by Wiwik Andreani, our senior lecturer, Risa had a warm – friendly discussion  over English curriculum and its implications with  our visitors. The discussion was then  extended to topics on alumni, industry-relationship and active students. Our friends from Yogya also shared their experiences in dealing with similar issues.

We would like to thank   Ms. Irma and Ms. Rizki for their visit and sharing session. We hope that we would be able to strengthen  the relationship in the future. [irf]
